The Syrian Establishment for Building and Construction (SEBCO) is a public construction body under the Ministry of Public Works and Housing. Formed in October 2025 by merging five state construction companies, it executes housing, road, bridge, water and public facility projects across Syria.

Rebuilding of Al-Siyasiyeh Bridge over the Euphrates
Rebuilding of the strategic Al-Siyasiyeh Bridge over the Euphrates in Deir ez-Zor, executed by the Syrian Establishment for Building and Construction under a 12-month contract. Works began on 29 May 2026, and the executing body expects completion by 29 March 2027.
