Engineers' Oasis Housing Project

Engineers' Oasis (also known as Al-Iraqiyat) is a housing project in Jdeidet Artouz, Rif Dimashq, belonging to the Syrian Engineers Syndicate and its retirement fund. It aims to provide modern housing for engineers within an integrated residential complex. Works are carried out by the Syrian Establishment for Building and Construction (SEBCO).

Project Scope

• Site area: about 30,000 square metres.
• 13 residential towers with about 600 apartments.
• Total floor area exceeding 100,000 square metres.
• First block: 6 towers of 11 floors each.
• Second block: 7 towers of 12 floors each.
• Parking, services, infrastructure and supporting facilities.

Current Stage

The towers' concrete structures have reached high completion rates, and work has moved on to parking, infrastructure and the remaining structural elements. Among the latest reported works, in September 2026, was the pouring of the K5 parking slab on the northern side of Tower 4, covering about 1,080 square metres with roughly 220 cubic metres of concrete.
