About the Project
The Basilia City alternative housing project in Damascus comprises a group of multi-storey residential towers, with structural works carried out by the Syrian Establishment for Building and Construction (SEBCO).
Tower Specifications
- Tower A6: four basement levels, a ground floor and 12 typical floors, with 8 apartments per floor.
- Tower H13: three basement levels, a ground floor and 16 typical floors.
Current Stage
As of 20 September 2026, columns and shear walls had been poured for the twelfth floor of tower A6 and for the fourth floor of tower H13, in line with the approved implementation plan, while concrete structures continue to rise in several other towers of the project ahead of later phases.
