A walled residential compound under construction in Yaafour, for the housing association of workers in tourism and travel, affiliated with the Ministry of Public Works and Housing. The official site plan divides it into numbered plots (1851–1903) along internal streets: 36 twin villas of two mirrored units (D and E) and 14 single villas.
The project is allocated to the association's member beneficiaries, and several of them wish to offer their allocations for sale.
The villa
- Each unit has a basement, a ground floor and a first floor.
- Ground floor about 134 m², first floor about 142 m² and basement about 196 m² per unit (type E).
- A unit's ground floor measures about 11.25 × 9.05 m, so a twin villa is about 22.5 m long.
- Pitched roofs with a gentle curve and rounded eaves.
