The Syrian Ministry of Energy announced the meeting via its official Telegram channel, noting it took place on Tuesday as part of broader efforts to support the water sector and improve the operational efficiency of its facilities.

Proposed Areas of Cooperation

The Turkish delegation expressed interest in participating in several key areas, including:

• Rehabilitation of planned dams across various Syrian governorates.
• Design and implementation of water infrastructure projects, encompassing reservoirs and irrigation networks.
• Field visits to existing dams, coordinated with the Authority, to assess their technical condition and submit development proposals and recommendations.

The Company's International Experience

The delegation affirmed that the company holds extensive international experience in water and infrastructure projects, enabling it to deliver integrated engineering and construction solutions. The delegation also expressed full readiness to deepen cooperation with the General Authority for Water Resources and to engage across assessment, planning, and implementation phases.
