Partnership Deal Signed for "Royal City" Residential Project in Rif Dimashq

Syria's General Housing Establishment, affiliated with the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, has signed a partnership contract with Dosky Company for Contracting and Construction to implement a residential project named "Royal City" in the Sabboura area of Rif Dimashq. The signing took place under the patronage of the Minister of Public Works and Housing.

Project Location

The Royal City project is located about 20 kilometers from the city of Damascus, in the Sabboura area of Rif Dimashq.

Residential Components

The project comprises 500 residential units across 3 different models and varying sizes, along with commercial, service, entertainment and educational facilities within an urban environment built around gardens and green spaces.

Infrastructure and Facilities

• A network of main and secondary roads
• A commercial center at the project entrance
• A service and entertainment center at the heart of the development

These facilities are designed to provide easy access to the various parts of the project.

Royal City's facilities rely on smart systems for energy management and water and waste recycling, in line with green architecture and sustainable development standards.
