Idlib Courthouse Rehabilitation Plans Discussed

Idlib Governor Mohammad Abdul Rahman, accompanied by an official delegation, met with Justice Minister Dr. Mazhar al-Weis to discuss judicial matters concerning the province.

Courthouse Rehabilitation

The meeting addressed plans to rehabilitate and restore the courthouse in Idlib city, as well as the courthouse in Maarat al-Numan, with the aim of ensuring both facilities resume operations at the required level of efficiency.

Activating Peace Courts

Both sides affirmed the need to accelerate the opening and activation of peace courts across the various areas of Idlib province, in order to facilitate judicial procedures for residents and ease the burden of accessing judicial services.

Improved Judicial Access

The step forms part of broader efforts by concerned authorities to reactivate judicial institutions in Idlib province, aiming to bring judicial services closer to citizens across the province's various districts.
