Hasakah Electricity Company Completes Transformer and Network Maintenance Across the Governorate

Scope of Completed Works

Maintenance teams at Hasakah Electricity Company have completed a series of rehabilitation and maintenance operations covering power networks and transformer stations across several areas of the governorate, as part of ongoing efforts to raise grid readiness and improve supply stability for subscribers.

Transformer Stations in Hasakah City

Works in Hasakah city included maintenance of the Hikmat Mulla Ali transformer station and rehabilitation of the Al-Afijeh prefabricated station in the Ghuwayran neighbourhood, as announced by the Hasakah Media Directorate through its official Telegram channel.

Transformer Stations in Qamishli

Operations extended to Qamishli, where maintenance and rehabilitation were carried out at the following transformer stations:

  • Saqr Quraysh
  • Al-Sharif Al-Radi
  • Ajmo
  • Al-Mukhtar
  • Hussein Haji Annex
  • Tel Ziywan
  • Riyad
  • Ratha
  • Al-Hadiqah
  • Jarnuk

Underground Cable Line Repairs

The specialised cable-jointing workshop completed repair works on the Al-Kindi line, rated at 20 kV, as part of the company's continuous maintenance programme aimed at resolving faults and reinforcing network readiness.

Earlier Works in August

The company's workshops had previously completed, on 8 August, maintenance and rehabilitation of medium-voltage lines and damaged cables, alongside the rehabilitation of a transformer station in Hasakah city, reflecting sustained field activity across the governorate.
