12 Arab and Foreign Companies Apply to Invest in Al-Muslimiyah and Adra Cement Plants

The General Company for Cement and Building Materials in Syria announced that 12 Arab and foreign companies have submitted offers to invest in the Al-Muslimiyah (in Aleppo) and Adra (in Damascus countryside) cement plants. These offers are part of the strategic direction to rehabilitate the Syrian industrial sector and meet the country's massive need for building materials for the reconstruction phase. The submitted offers are currently undergoing a comprehensive evaluation process based on strict technical, financial, and environmental criteria to select the most suitable companies, paving the way for a new start in developing industrial investments and infrastructure
