Technobit Twist SBS membranes are flexible waterproofing membranes manufactured using advanced continuous calendering technology. A polyester carrier is saturated and coated with a waterproofing compound made from a special bitumen modified with SBS (styrene butadiene styrene) polymers, producing a sheet engineered for long-term performance in roofs, foundations, and below-grade applications.
The SBS modification enhances the thermal, mechanical, and aging properties of the membrane, while the non-woven polyester carrier reinforces the composite and stabilises its mechanical behaviour under load and movement. The product is supplied through ISOBIT, the exclusive Syrian distributor of Technobit (Egypt) waterproofing systems.
