Diamond SI 10 is a Saudi-made, pre-manufactured, high-performance bitumen waterproofing membrane reinforced with a 180 gsm non-woven polyester carrier and finished with either a polyethylene film or a mineral stone surface. It is designed for waterproofing and moisture-resistant applications across roofs, foundations, and civil structures.

The SIFC waterproofing compound used in Diamond SI 10 is formulated by blending selected bitumen with styrene butadiene styrene (SBS) polymers. The resulting membrane delivers high tensile strength, elongation, and tear resistance, excellent thermal stability, and reliable flexibility at low temperatures.
