An innovative aspect is the "Vocational Training Center" focused on developing youth skills in modern design and automated carpentry. The city also offers administrative zones, banks, and commercial showrooms for manufacturers to present products directly to exporters, creating a complete economic cycle from raw timber to export-ready furniture
