Queen Alia International Airport is the principal international gateway of Amman, Jordan. AJi Group supported the airport's development and its build-operate-transfer (BOT) concession process.

Scope of Services

• Project and design management
• Development of terms of reference for technical, economic, financial and legal sub-consultants
• Leadership of the procurement strategy and negotiations with international airport operators
• Implementation management
• Pre-privatisation economic assessment covering aeronautical and commercial opportunities, legislation, commercial viability, capital recovery and risk management

Utilities Development Company Holding (UDCH), a Kharafi Group subsidiary.

AJi Role

AJi Group acted as project and design manager and economic advisor for the concession. AJi is a consultancy and does not operate or build the airport directly.
