Project Overview

AJi Group established and operated an Enterprise Project, Asset and Facilities Management Office (EPMO) to support Riyadh Region Municipality in managing a large infrastructure portfolio reported at SAR 8 billion.

Scope of Services

• Establishment of the EPMO within the Amanah and remote offices
• Deployment of Mashroat processes and procedures
• Asset management, operations and maintenance oversight
• Project management and leadership training programs
• Development of technical standards
