Rashmi Metaliks operates a 1.6 MTPA Steel Melting Shop that has been in commercial production since 2009 and is one of the largest billet producers in eastern India. The shop melts sponge iron at controlled temperatures, adjusts chemistry with corrosion-resistant alloying additions, and casts billets to dimensional standards.

Each batch is laboratory tested for chemical and mechanical properties and cleared by the Quality Control Department against IS 2830 and IS 2831 before despatch. The billets feed Rashmi's own TMT and wire rod mills and are sold to external re-rollers and forging units across industrial and commercial sectors.
