The Air Pro HEPA ceiling filter delivers cleanroom-grade terminal filtration at H13 and H14 efficiency classes, fully certified per EN 1822 and ISO 29463 with individual leak-test certificates issued per unit. The anodized extruded aluminum frame provides dimensional stability and corrosion resistance in humid environments, while the glass-fiber media with hotmelt separators ensures consistent particulate capture down to MPPS.
Two-component polyurethane sealing bonds the media pack to the frame to eliminate bypass leakage, and a choice of EPDM flat, EPDM continuous, or PU foam gaskets allows tight integration into laminar flow ceiling grids or terminal filter housings. The filter is qualified for a maximum operating temperature of 80 degrees C with a recommended final pressure drop equal to twice the initial value, capped at 600 Pa.
