Project Overview

This residential development project is located in the city of Darat Izza, west of Aleppo Governorate, on a 44-hectare plot situated within an open rural environment well suited to quiet, planned residential development. The project's master plan is based on a balanced distribution of land uses, as follows:

• 60% residential use, divided between 12% social housing units and 48% rural villas.
• 20% public and private services distributed around the central green space.

Twenty percent of the project area is allocated to public and private services, encompassing the following facilities:
