The Technical Services Directorate in Aleppo has announced a first-round sealed-envelope tender for the entrance works at the addiction recovery building of Ibn Khaldoun Hospital. The notice was published on 25 October 2026 under tender number 106687.

Tender Scope

• Project: entrance works at the addiction recovery building, Ibn Khaldoun Hospital.
• Estimated value: SYP 1,666,570 (new Syrian pounds).
• Execution period: 60 days.
• Required contractor classification: roads and bridges, fourth, fifth or sixth grade.

Guarantees and Financial Terms

• Provisional guarantee: 5% of the estimated value.
• Final guarantee: 10% of the total contract value, to be completed within 15 days of written notification of award.
• Delay penalty: 0.1% (one per thousand) for each day of delay.
• Bid validity: 30 days for bidders, and 150 days from notification of award for the nominated contractor.
• Warranty: one full year from the date of the provisional handover record.
• Tender file price: SYP 1,000 (new Syrian pounds), and the contractor bears advertising and printing costs, however many times they recur.
