The Public Establishment for Drinking Water and Sanitation in Quneitra has announced a local public tender, issued for the first time in 2026, for a project to replace a water network in the Al-Dhiyabiya community. The notice carries reference number 86470 and was published on 13 October 2026.

Project Scope

The works cover replacement of the water network on Uways al-Qarni Street - Hudhayfa ibn al-Yaman Street, and in the Mustawsaf (clinic) neighbourhood on Jalaa Street, within the Al-Dhiyabiya community. Execution follows the technical specification books prepared by the administration.

Cost and Duration

• Estimated cost: SYP 4,992,630 (four million nine hundred ninety-two thousand six hundred thirty new Syrian pounds).
• Execution period: 60 days.
• Bid validity period: 60 days.
• Late-delivery penalty: one per thousand for each day of delay.

Bonds and Fees

• Initial bond: 5%.
• Final bond: 10% of the award value.
