overview
Aleppo Industrial City has announced a first-round sealed-bid public tender for the construction of integrated infrastructure networks serving service plots that have been converted into industrial subdivisions within the city's various zones.
The project covers the design and construction of four interconnected utility networks: stormwater drainage, industrial saline sewage, potable water supply, and industrial water supply. These networks will serve the newly established industrial plots across the city's designated zones.
The works must be completed within 360 calendar days, followed by a one-year warranty period. Bidders must hold an Excellent (Mumtaza) classification in the specialization of water networks, sewage systems, and dams. Offers remain binding for 120 days from the date of submission.
Offers must be submitted to the Aleppo Industrial City registry in a large sealed envelope containing two separate inner envelopes: the first holding supporting documents, the initial bond, and the tender document purchase receipt; the second containing the financial offer affixed with a SYP 1,500 stamp. Tender documents may be obtained from the Contracts Division during official working hours for a fee of SYP 2,000.
