WATAN Foundation has announced a tender calling on qualified companies and suppliers to submit bids for the rehabilitation of 200 houses in the Kafr Oma area, located between the Idlib and Aleppo governorates, as part of its development and humanitarian programs in Syria. The tender carries reference number ITB-09-2609054-01 and targets firms specialized in rehabilitation and construction works.

Scope and Location

The tender covers the rehabilitation of 200 houses in the Kafr Oma area, with the service to be carried out in Syria, in a zone extending across Idlib and Aleppo.

Submission Method

Bids must be delivered by hand exclusively to WATAN Foundation's office in Aleppo, located beside the Pullman Hotel, Al-Saydalah Al-Oula Building, third floor.

Bid Receipt Schedule

WATAN will receive bids only during the final two days of the tender period, according to the following schedule:

• Sunday, October 11, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Monday, October 12, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The final submission deadline is Monday, October 12, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Damascus time, and no bids will be accepted after this time.
