The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Syria has published a Request for Proposal (RFP) under reference number RFP/HCR/SYR/26/3144 through the UN Global Marketplace (UNGM), seeking to establish a frame agreement for the provision of warehouse management services in Syria.
The tender calls for comprehensive warehouse management services delivered on a turnkey solution basis, covering all logistics operations related to the storage, organisation, and dispatch of humanitarian supplies in accordance with UN operational standards. The resulting frame agreement will cover an initial period of three years, with the possibility of extension.
Interested companies are required to access the full RFP documentation through the UNGM platform and comply with all technical and administrative requirements specified therein. Proposals must be submitted no later than 20 September 2026 at 15:00 (GMT +3).
UNHCR is the United Nations agency mandated to protect refugees, internally displaced persons, and stateless people. In Syria, the agency maintains field offices across Damascus, Aleppo, Homs, Qamishli, As-Sweida, Tartous, and Deir ez-Zor, covering all fourteen governorates.
