The UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) has issued an invitation to bid for the establishment of a frame agreement to supply standardised grid-forming battery energy storage systems (BESS) aimed at optimising diesel-generator operations, under reference number UNHCR ITB 3524, with the submission deadline set for 2 October 2026 at 15:59 (GMT+2).

Bids must be submitted through the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) platform before the stated deadline.
