The Syrian Grain Establishment, affiliated with the Ministry of Economy and Industry, has announced a tender to rehabilitate, maintain and operate grain silos located in Kafr Zita, al-Hamra and al-Ziyara in Hama province, under a turnkey arrangement.

Project Scope

The project covers the rehabilitation, maintenance and operation of three silos distributed across different areas of Hama province, in accordance with technical specifications prepared by the establishment and the special financial and legal terms document issued under reference 301/2/7/26 dated September 29, 2026.

Interested bidders can obtain the terms document from the Foreign Trade Directorate at the establishment, against a fee of 50 US dollars paid in cash at the establishment's treasury.

Guarantees and Financial Terms

• Initial bid bond: a lump sum of 75,000 US dollars for each silo separately.
• Final guarantee: 10 percent of the total value of each contract.
• Partial bids are accepted, allowing bidders to submit offers for one or more silos separately.

Execution Period and Bid Validity

The establishment set a maximum execution period of five calendar months, with bidders required to specify the shortest feasible duration in their offers. Bid validity extends for 60 days from the day following the submission deadline, while the validity of the winning bidder's offer extends for 60 days from the date of official notification of contract award.

Submission Location and Deadline

Bids are to be submitted to the General Directorate of the Syrian Grain Establishment in Damascus, Barzeh district, opposite Ibn al-Nafis Hospital. The final deadline for submitting bids is the end of official working hours on Wednesday, November 4, 2026.
