The Department of Ecumenical Relations and Development (GOPA-DERD), the charitable arm of the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Antioch and All the East, has issued a tender for the restoration and rehabilitation of 27 residential apartments in the city of Khan Shaykhun, in the Idlib countryside, as part of its relief and development programs. Project Scope

Financial Terms

• Initial guarantee: SYP 20,000, payable by bank cheque or bank guarantee in favor of the Patriarchate.
• Final guarantee: 10% of the contract value.
• Daily delay penalty: 0.2% for each day of delay beyond the contract completion date.

Execution and Commitment Periods

• Bidder's commitment period: 40 days from the bid opening date.
• Selected contractor's commitment period: 60 days from the contract award notification.
• Project execution period: 60 calendar days from the start-work order date.
