The management of the Zara power generation station in Hama governorate has announced a sealed-bid public tender, numbered 5/D for 2026, to contract a firm for the rehabilitation of worker housing units within the station.

Scope of Work

The tender covers the rehabilitation of worker housing at the Zara plant, in accordance with the legal and technical specification books prepared for this purpose by the issuing authority.

Financial Terms

The issuing authority set the required temporary guarantee (bid bond) for participating contractors at 19,790,242 Syrian pounds, while the final guarantee is set at 10% of the awarded contract value.

Commitment and Execution Periods

• Bidder's commitment period: three months from the day following the close of bid submission.
• Selected contractor's commitment period: three months from the day following contract award.
• Execution period: nine months from the day following the start order.
