The Syrian General Organization for Grain Trade, Storage and Processing (Syrian Grain Establishment) has announced an internal and external request for offers, under full urgency procedures, for a turnkey project to rehabilitate, maintain and operate grain silo No. 47 located between Tal Brak and Ras al-Ayn in Hasakah governorate.

Scope of Works

The project covers rehabilitation, maintenance and operation of the storage facility according to the technical specifications set out in the tender's technical books, as well as the special financial and legal terms book No. 300/2/7/26 dated September 29, 2026. Copies of these documents can be obtained from the Establishment's Foreign Trade Directorate for a fee of fifty US dollars, payable in cash at the Establishment's cashier.

Financial Guarantees

• Initial bond: a fixed amount of 75,000 US dollars for each silo separately.
• Final bond: 10% of the total value of each contract.

Execution Period and Bid Validity

Bidders must state the shortest possible execution period, not to exceed five calendar months. Bid validity is set at 60 days from the day following the submission deadline, while the validity period for the awarded bidder's offer extends 60 days from the date of written notification of award.

Submission Conditions

The Establishment accepts partial bids for each silo separately. Interested parties must submit their offers to the General Directorate of the Syrian Grain Establishment in Damascus, Barzeh area, opposite Ibn al-Nafees Hospital.

Offers are accepted until the end of official working hours on Wednesday, November 4, 2026.
