• Initial bid bond: 20,000 new Syrian pounds, payable by bank check or bank guarantee in favor of the Patriarchate.
• Final performance bond: 10% of the contract value.
• Daily delay penalty: 0.2% for each day of delay from the contract completion date.

• Selected contractor commitment period: 60 days from notification of award.
