The General Establishment for Electricity Transmission in the Syrian Arab Republic has announced a tender for the supply and installation of six (6) units, as part of the establishment's ongoing efforts to develop and modernize the national electricity transmission infrastructure.
The General Establishment for Electricity Transmission is the national body responsible for operating and managing Syria's electricity transmission network, operating under the supervision of the Ministry of Energy. The establishment is mandated to plan and implement rehabilitation and expansion projects in accordance with approved technical standards.
