Tender Subject

The General Electricity Company of Homs Governorate has announced an internal tender (first call, 2026) for the execution of sub-cable and wall junction box installation works in the Al-Bayyada district of Homs city, in accordance with the applicable legal, financial, and technical specifications.

Financial Values and Guarantees

• Estimated Value: 2,362,940 new Syrian pounds
• Provisional Guarantee: 118,147 new Syrian pounds
• Final Guarantee: 10% of the awarded contract value
• Delay Penalties: 0.001 (one per thousand) of the total contract value per day of delay

Execution Conditions and Classification

• Execution Period: Thirty (30) calendar days
• Bid Validity: 90 days from the day following the submission deadline
• Required Classification: Third or fourth category in electrical works

Submission Procedure

Offers must be submitted no later than the end of official working hours on Sunday, 19 July 2026, to the General Registry of the Company, accompanied by all required supporting documents. The tender session will be held on Monday, 20 July 2026 at 10:00 AM.

Obtaining the Project File

Interested contractors may visit the Contracts Department to obtain the project dossier upon payment of 3,000 new Syrian pounds.

Offers must be submitted in person to the General Registry of the General Electricity Company of Homs Governorate, accompanied by all required supporting documents, no later than the end of official working hours on Sunday, 19 July 2026. The project dossier may be obtained from the Contracts Department upon payment of 3,000 new Syrian pounds.
