Al-Shaykh Badr City Council, Tartus Governorate, has announced a public tender for the implementation of a stormwater drainage project within the city limits, governed by Law No. 51 of 2004.
The estimated value of the project is SYP 1,082,858 (new), with an execution period of 45 days from the date of contract award. The technical dossier (adbara) is available for purchase at a price of SYP 200,000.
Bidders must be registered with the official announcements bulletin and classified in accordance with applicable regulations. The winning bidder bears the cost of publishing the tender announcement. Any offer not accompanied by a dossier purchase receipt will be rejected.
The project dossier may be reviewed at the Technical Office of Al-Shaykh Badr City Council during official working hours.
How to Apply
Offers must be submitted to the secretariat of Al-Shaykh Badr City Council, accompanied by all supporting documents, no later than the end of official working hours on Wednesday, 27 June 2026. Any offer not including a dossier purchase receipt will be rejected. Envelopes will be opened at 10:00 AM on Thursday, 28 June 2026.
