The Deir ez-Zor Governorate Electricity Administration (General Electricity Company) has announced internal tender No. 9 of 2026, issued for the second time under the fast-track procedure and based on Law No. 51 of 2004. The tender follows the sealed-envelope method (add and deduct).

Tender Subject

The tender covers the construction of a single transformer station in the Al-Bazoul neighbourhood, Yahya Mosque area, within the town of Al-Quriyah. Works are to follow the technical specifications book and the legal and financial specifications book attached to the notice.

Value and Guarantees

• Estimated bill of quantities: SYP 1,146,500.
• Initial deposit: SYP 57,325.
• Final deposit: 10% of the total contract value, payable within three days of award.

Duration and Penalties

The execution period is fifty calendar days, starting from the date the work site is handed over. The delay penalty is 0.001 (one per thousand) of the total contract value for each day of delay, capped at 20% of the total value.

Bidders remain bound to their offers for three months from the day after the submission period closes. The nominated contractor remains bound for three months from the day after being notified of the award.
