Naara Municipality, part of the Talkhalakh district in western rural Homs Governorate, has announced a sealed-envelope tender for the implementation of a sewage network project in the Al-Nab' quarter of Talhoush village for the year 2026.

Project Details

• Estimated Value: SYP 1,499,123
• Execution Period: 25 days from the date of award
• Initial Guarantee: 5% of the estimated value, payable by certified cheque or bank guarantee only
• Final Guarantee: 10% of the awarded contract value
• Delay Penalty: One per thousand (0.1%) of the contract value per day of delay
• Bid Validity Period: 90 days from submission date

Tender Dossier

The tender dossier is available for review at the Naara Municipality offices upon payment of SYP 1,000. Bids submitted without a financial receipt confirming payment of the dossier fee will not be accepted.

Bids must be submitted in person to the Naara Municipality offices, accompanied by all required supporting documents, no later than the end of official working hours on Wednesday, 20 May 2026. Initial guarantees are accepted exclusively in the form of a certified cheque or bank guarantee. A financial receipt confirming payment of the SYP 1,000 dossier fee must be included with the submission; bids lacking this receipt will be rejected. Envelopes will be opened on the following day, 21 May 2026.
