Al-Hosn City Council, operating under Homs Governorate, has announced a sealed-envelope tender for the rehabilitation of the sewage network serving Al-Hosn city and the Al-Shawahid area. The tender forms part of ongoing local authority efforts to restore and upgrade public service infrastructure in the region.

The project covers comprehensive rehabilitation works on the sewage network across Al-Hosn city and the affiliated Al-Shawahid locality. The total contract value is set at 975,545 new Syrian Pounds (SYP), with an execution period of 45 days from the date of award.

Financial Conditions and Guarantees

The tender documents specify the following financial requirements:

• Initial guarantee: 5% of the assessed project value, payable exclusively by certified cheque endorsed in favour of the municipality, or by a duly authenticated bank guarantee.
• Final guarantee: 10% of the awarded contract value.
• Delay penalty: 0.001 (one per thousand) of the contract value for each day of delay in execution.

Interested parties may review and purchase the project file from the secretariat of Al-Hosn City Council for a fee of 1,000 new Syrian Pounds, available during official working hours throughout the submission period.

All required supporting documents must be attached to the submission. Envelopes will be opened on Monday 13 June 2026 at 10:00 AM at the City Council premises.
