Anaz Municipality, located in the western rural area of Homs Governorate within the Hawash sub-district, has issued a second public call for sealed-envelope bids to carry out maintenance works on its sewage network. The tender reflects the municipality's ongoing efforts to maintain and improve local infrastructure.
The estimated project value is set at 543,623 Syrian pounds. The execution period is 45 days from the date of award, and bidders are bound by their offers for 60 days. A delay penalty of 0.001 of the contract value applies for each day of delay beyond the agreed completion date.
Bids must be accompanied by supporting legal documents, a classification certificate, proof of subscription to the official announcements bulletin, and the required financial guarantees. Offers are to be submitted at the municipality's administrative office during official working hours no later than Sunday, 21 June 2026. Envelopes will be opened the following day at 10:00 a.m.
