Tender Subject

The General Company for Drinking Water and Sanitation in Idlib Governorate has announced a sealed-envelope competitive tender (first round) for the operation of the Sarmada South Water Station. Investment Period and Renewal

The investment period is one calendar year, commencing from the date of the work-commencement order issued by the company. The contract is renewable by mutual agreement of both parties.

Financial Conditions and Guarantees

• Provisional guarantee: 130,000 new Syrian pounds.
• Final guarantee: 10% of the awarded contract value.
• Delay penalty: No less than one per thousand (0.001) of the contract value per day of operational stoppage, capped at 20% of the total contract value.
• Bid validity period: 30 days from the day following the submission deadline.

Contractor Requirements

Applicants must hold contractor classification of Category Six or above, with demonstrated specialization in both electrical and mechanical works.
