Talin Municipality, the administrative center of Talin Sub-district within the Baniyas District of Tartus Governorate, has announced a public tender through the sealed-envelope method for the cutting, paving and asphalting of a regulatory street within Talin village.
The estimated project value is 1,991,710 Syrian Pounds (SYP), with a contract execution period of 30 days from the date of commencement.
Financial Conditions and Guarantees
- Initial guarantee: 5% of the estimated value, payable exclusively by bank guarantee or certified cheque.
- Final guarantee: 10% of the contract value.
- Delay penalty: 0.001 of the contract value per day of delay.
- Bid validity period: 60 days for general bidders, extended to 90 days for shortlisted contractors.
Submission Requirements
- Bidders must satisfy the applicable contractor classification requirements in accordance with the latest approved decisions.
- All required supporting documents and the classification certificate must accompany the submitted offer.
- Tender dossiers are available for purchase at the municipality office for 10,000 SYP during official working hours.
- The awarded contractor bears the costs of advertisement publication and topographic survey fees.
- Submissions are accepted from the principal directly or through an officially notarized power of attorney.
Offers must be submitted with all required supporting documents, the contractor classification certificate, and the initial guarantee (bank guarantee or certified cheque only) to the Talin Municipality office during official working hours, no later than the end of business on Tuesday, 12 May 2026. Tender dossiers may be obtained from the municipality premises upon payment of 10,000 SYP.
