Tender Subject

Al-Zaafrana Al-Sharqiya Municipal Council, Homs Governorate, has announced a sealed-envelope tender covering two infrastructure projects in the village of Al-Zaafrana: the paving and asphalting of a main street, and the full replacement of existing sewage lines.

Estimated Values

• Road paving and asphalting project: estimated value SYP 1,680,375.
• Sewage line replacement project: estimated value SYP 1,398,648.

Contract Conditions and Guarantees

The execution period for each project is set at thirty days from the contract award date. The initial guarantee is fixed at 5% of the estimated value per project, while the final guarantee is set at 10% of the same value. A delay penalty of 0.001 of the contract value applies for each day of delay. Bidders remain bound by their submitted offers for a period of ninety days from the date of submission.

Offer Submission Procedure

Offers must be submitted to the municipal office in sealed envelopes in accordance with the specified conditions, no later than the end of official working hours on Sunday, 24 May 2026. Envelopes will be opened the following day at 10:00 a.m. at the municipal premises.

Dossier Price

The tender dossier is priced at SYP 1,000 per copy and is available for purchase directly from the municipal office.

Offers must be submitted to the municipal office accompanied by all supporting documents, enclosed in two separate envelopes: the first containing the documentary evidence and the second containing the financial offer for each project individually. Both envelopes are to be placed inside a third sealed envelope bearing the applicant's name and address.
