The Municipal Council of Al-Buwaydah al-Sharqiyah, located in the Al-Qusayr district of southwestern rural Homs, has announced a sealed-envelope tender for the urgent execution of a road paving and asphalting project in the village of Al-Masoudiya, falling under the jurisdiction of Al-Buwaydah al-Sharqiyah, for the year 2026.

• Initial Security Deposit: SYP 99,181, payable by certified cheque, bank guarantee, or bank transfer
• Final Security Deposit: 10% of the awarded contract value
• Execution Period: 30 days
• Tender Dossier Fee: SYP 900, payable at the technical office
• Delay Penalties: 0.001 (one per thousand) of the contract value per day of delay
• Bid Validity Period: 90 days

Applicants are required to submit all supporting documentation and must provide a supervising engineer. The tender dossier is available for review at the technical office upon payment of the applicable fee.

Bids must be submitted to the registry of the Municipal Council of Al-Buwaydah al-Sharqiyah starting from Sunday morning and no later than the end of official working hours on 3 May 2026.
