Hamam Qaniya Municipality in Tartus Governorate has announced a public tender for the economic paving of the Al-Mabarra Eastern service road located within the village of Hamam Qaniya, falling under the municipality's administrative jurisdiction.

The estimated project value is 1,491,800 new Syrian pounds, with a contract execution period of 45 days from the date of award.

Financial Conditions

• Initial guarantee: 5% of the bid value, payable by certified cheque or bank guarantee.
• Final guarantee: 10% of the awarded contract value, payable by certified cheque or bank guarantee.
• Delay penalty: 0.01% of the total contract value per day of delay.
• Bid validity period: 60 days.

Tender Documents

The tender dossier may be obtained from the municipality's premises during official working hours at a cost of 5,000 new Syrian pounds.

Bids must be submitted to Hamam Qaniya Municipality premises, accompanied by all supporting documents and a valid classification certificate, no later than the end of business on Monday, 11 May 2026. The tender session will be held at the municipality's headquarters on Tuesday, 12 May 2026 at 11:00 a.m.
