Al-Shaykh Badr City Council in Tartus Governorate invites bids for two separate infrastructure projects within the city limits, in accordance with Law No. 51 of 2004. Each project is tendered independently.
Bidders must be subscribers to the official announcements bulletin and must hold the required classification under applicable regulations. The winning bidder bears the cost of publishing the tender announcement. Any offer not accompanied by proof of technical file purchase will be rejected.
The technical file for each project may be reviewed at the Technical Office of the City Council during official working hours.
How to Apply
Offers must be submitted in person to the secretariat of Al-Shaykh Badr City Council, accompanied by all required supporting documents, no later than the end of official working hours on Sunday, 7 June 2026. Offers not including proof of technical file purchase will be rejected. Envelopes for Project One will be opened at 10:00 a.m. and for Project Two at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, 8 June 2026.
