The Directorate of Water Resources in Latakia Governorate has issued a second call for domestic price offers for the repair of a 1200mm Johnson gate belonging to Tarjano Dam, in accordance with the applicable legal, financial, and technical conditions documents.

The initial guarantee is set at SYP 37,675, while the final guarantee amounts to 10% of the awarded contract value. Delay penalties are calculated at 0.001 of the total contract value per day of delay, capped at a maximum of 20% of the total contract value.

Bidders are bound by their submitted offers for 30 days from the closing date for submissions. The execution period is sixty days from the date of contract award.

Legal Framework

All matters not explicitly addressed in this notice are governed by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the General Conditions Booklet issued under Decree No. 450 of 2004.

Offers must be submitted to the registry of the Directorate of Water Resources in Latakia Governorate, located at the start of the Latakia-Aleppo highway, either in person or by official mail, no later than the end of official working hours on Tuesday, 5 May 2026.

Tender dossiers may be obtained from the Contracts and Supply Division at the Directorate upon payment of a fee of SYP 250. The deadline for obtaining the dossier is the day preceding the offer submission deadline.
