The Syrian Establishment for Building and Construction (SEBCO), Deir ez-Zor branch, has announced a second-round sealed-envelope tender under full urgency procedures for the supply of reinforcing steel bars of various diameters, in accordance with the technical, legal, and financial conditions set by the establishment.

Financial Conditions and Guarantees

The financial terms of the tender are as follows:

• Initial guarantee: 500,000 new Syrian pounds (five hundred thousand)
• Final guarantee: 10% of the contract value
• Offer validity period: 60 days (sixty days)
• Delivery period: 20 days (twenty days)

Procurement of Tender Documents

Tender dossiers may be obtained from the SEBCO branch office in Deir ez-Zor against a fee of 1,000 new Syrian pounds (one thousand pounds).

Offer Submission Deadline and Method

Offers must be submitted to the SEBCO branch registry in Deir ez-Zor, located at the beginning of the Damascus Road adjacent to the National Hospital, no later than the end of official working hours on Wednesday, 1 July 2026.

Envelope Opening Session

The tender opening session will be held on the day following the submission deadline, namely Thursday, 2 July 2026, at 12:00 noon, at the same branch premises.

Sealed offers must be submitted in person to the SEBCO Deir ez-Zor branch registry, located at the beginning of the Damascus Road adjacent to the National Hospital, no later than the end of official working hours on Wednesday, 1 July 2026. The envelope opening session will take place on Thursday, 2 July 2026 at 12:00 noon at the same premises. Tender dossiers are available at the branch office for a fee of 1,000 new Syrian pounds.
