The Syrian Establishment for Building and Construction (SEBCO), Deir ez-Zor branch, has issued a first-round sealed-bid tender for the supply of 147 metric tonnes of prestressed steel (Prestressed Steel) in accordance with the applicable technical, legal, and financial conditions.

Financial Conditions and Guarantees

The following financial requirements apply to all bidders:

• Initial guarantee: 5% of the bill of quantities, payable in new Syrian pounds.
• Final guarantee: 10% of the contract value.
• Bid validity period: 60 days from the submission date.

Delivery Period and Tender Dossier

The supply period is set at 30 days from the date of contract award. The tender dossier may be obtained from the SEBCO Deir ez-Zor office for a fee of 500 new Syrian pounds.

Submission Deadline and Bid Opening

Offers must be submitted to the SEBCO Deir ez-Zor office, located on the first Damascus Road adjacent to the National Hospital, no later than the end of official working hours on Wednesday, 24 June 2026. The bid-opening session will be held the following day at 12:00 noon.
