Safsafa Village Council in Tartus Governorate has announced an internal sealed-envelope tender for the paving and asphalting of the Al-Mabarra regulatory road, also known as the Ibn Rushd Road, within the council's operational jurisdiction.

Project Scope and Value

The works cover full on-site paving and asphalting in accordance with approved regulatory plans. The estimated project value is SYP 1,992,480, and the contract execution period is set at 25 days from the date of award.

Financial Conditions and Guarantees

• Initial guarantee: 5% of the estimated value, payable by certified cheque, bank guarantee, or deposit at the municipal treasury.
