  • Nominated contractor binding period: Six months.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must satisfy the following legal and technical requirements:

  • Classification in mechanical or electrical works under Category Four or Category Five.
  • Submission of a valid subscription certificate to the Official Gazette.
  • Inclusion of the tender document purchase receipt with the bid, failing which the bid will be rejected.
  • Submission of the preliminary guarantee via the company's current bank account, or through a bank guarantee, bank transfer, or certified cheque from an accredited bank recognized by the competent Syrian public authorities.
  • Attachment of all supporting documents stipulated under Law No. 51 of 2004.
  • The contractor bears all applicable taxes, fees, and the cost of two advertisement publications.
  • Bids must detail technical specifications and unit prices.

Interested parties may visit the company's administrative office during official working hours to review the tender conditions and purchase the technical file. Announcements are also published on the company's official website.

How to Apply

Bids must be submitted in person to the administrative office of the General Company for Drinking Water and Sanitation in Tartus Governorate, no later than the end of official working hours on Monday, 6 July 2026. Each bid must include the tender document purchase receipt and all supporting documents required under Law No. 51 of 2004, as well as a valid Official Gazette subscription certificate. The preliminary guarantee must be submitted via the company's current bank account, or through a bank guarantee, bank transfer, or certified cheque from an accredited bank. The technical file may be purchased from the company's office for SYP 500.
