The General Company for Drinking Water and Sanitation in Suwayda has announced an internal sealed-envelope tender for waterproofing and repair works on the water tank in Arman village, under the special conditions prepared for this purpose.

Scope of Works

The tender covers insulation and repair works on the water tank in Arman village, Suwayda governorate. Works are to be carried out in line with the company's special conditions booklet.

Value and Bonds

• Estimated value of the bill of quantities: SYP 637,314.
• Initial bond: 5% of the estimated value.
• Final bond: 10% of the award value.

Duration and Bid Validity

The execution period is thirty calendar days, counted from the date the contractor receives the commencement order or the work sites, whichever is later.

• Bidder commitment to its offer: sixty days from the day after the bid submission period ends at the company registry.
• Commitment of the nominated contractor: ninety days from the day after written notification of the award.

Eligibility and Dates

Bidders must be classified under the contractor classification system issued by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, in the building specialization, grade five or six.

Offers are accepted until the end of official working hours on Wednesday, 9 December 2026. Bids will be opened in a public session in the presence of bidders on Thursday, 10 December 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
