The Syrian Construction Establishment (Damascus branch) announced, in notice No. 46 of 2026, a domestic public tender for the construction of a hangar at the Third Faculty of Arts in Daraa, part of the University of Damascus.

Tender Type and Method

According to the notice, the tender is a domestic public tender, run on an addition-or-reduction basis, for the first time and under total urgency. The works cover the construction of a hangar within the faculty's campus in Daraa governorate.

Value and Guarantees

• Estimated bill of quantities value: SYP 27,397,880 (new Syrian pounds).
• Initial guarantee: 5% of the estimated value.
• Final guarantee: 10% of the contract value.
• Tender file price: SYP 5,000.

Execution and Bid Validity

The Establishment set the execution period at 100 calendar days. Bidders are bound by their offers for 60 days.

The deadline for submitting bids is Monday, 19 October 2026, until the end of official working hours. The bid opening session takes place on Tuesday, 20 October 2026 at 11:00 a.m.
