The Hama Governorate Electricity Administration, operating under the General Electricity Company, has announced an internal expedited tender (second call), reference number 87, for the construction of a stone electrical substation housing two transformers. The project site is located in Hama city, west of Al-Hikma Hospital.

Scope of Works

The tender covers the full construction of the electrical substation in accordance with the tender dossier, legal and technical conditions booklets, and the approved engineering drawings. Works are to be executed using the addition or deduction method.

Financial and Technical Requirements

  • Estimated works value: SYP 2,753,650 (new Syrian pounds).
  • Provisional guarantee: SYP 137,683.
  • Final guarantee: ten percent of the awarded contract value.
  • Execution period: 110 days.
  • Bid validity: three months from the day following the submission deadline.

Eligibility Conditions

Bidders must hold a classification in building works at third or fourth category level. They are also required to submit a certificate issued by the Arab Advertising Corporation confirming their subscription to the official announcements bulletin for the year of the tender.
