Hayyan Oil Company (HPC) has invited bids for the supply of control valves required for its second project. The tender carries reference number 116733996, and the deadline for submission of offers is 31 August 2026.

HPC is a joint-venture operating company established in 1998 as an equal partnership between the Syrian Petroleum Company and Croatian INA Company. The company is headquartered in the Dummar district of Damascus and carries out development and production operations across the Hayyan contract block in central Syria, covering the Jihar, Palmyra, Al Muhr, Gazzal, Al Mustadira, and Mazrur fields.
